A OVAR FORMA – Ensino e Formação, Lda é parceira do Projeto “HEALTH – Healthy Eating and Active Living Taught at Habitation”, que decorrerá entre 2020-2022, e contará com parceiros de Portugal, Polónia, Espanha, Turquia e Roménia.

Objetivo do projeto:

• Garantir que os adolescentes adotem um estilo de vida saudável;
• criar um ambiente de aprendizagem internacional;
• limitar o número de alunos que abandonam a escola devido a problemas físicos, ou de saúde.

Resultados finais:

• Desenvolver um comportamento mais consciente no público-alvo, incentivando-o a manter-se saudável e ativo, através da cooperação da família e do professor, reduzindo, positivamente, a prevalência da obesidade;
• desenvolver o domínio da língua inglesa, que será utilizado por professores e alunos, contribuindo para a oportunidade de comparar as condições de vida com pares de diferentes culturas;
• desenvolver competências para construir relações, em diferentes ambientes culturais e sociais, apoiando a capacidade de adaptação a várias situações e criando uma consciência intercultural.

OVAR FORMA – Ensino e Formação, Lda. Is one of the partners of the “HEALTH – Healthy Eating and Active Living Taught at Habitation” project, which will be implemented from 2020 to 2022.
The partnership will include partners from Portugal, Poland, Spain, Turkey and Romania.

Project objectives:

• Ensure that the healthy lifestyle is adopted among adolescents;
• establish an international learning environment;
• help to limit the number of students dropping out of school due to physical/health problems.

Final results:

• More conscious behaviour by students about being healthy-active individuals;
• to develop English language skills, which will be used by teachers and students, contributing to the opportunity of comparing living conditions with the peers of different cultures;
• to develop skills to build relationships in different cultural and social environments, supporting adaptation to various situations and creating an intercultural awareness.
